Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional approval and may incur additional charges.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Supply required content, branding assets, and approvals on time.
• Ensure they have legal rights to all materials they provide.
• Review deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.

Project delays caused by missing information or delayed approvals may affect delivery schedules.

Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payments must be made according to the approved quotation or invoice.
• Delayed payments may delay project delivery.
• Web Flow India reserves the right to suspend ongoing work until outstanding invoices are cleared.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Web Flow India retains ownership of its proprietary frameworks, reusable code, templates, libraries, internal tools, methodologies, and design systems.
• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership or usage rights to the agreed final project deliverables as specified in the project agreement.
• Third-party assets, including fonts, plugins, stock images, APIs, and licensed software, remain subject to their respective license agreements.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, financial, or project-related information shared during the engagement unless disclosure is required by law or agreed upon in writing.

Third-Party Services

Our projects may integrate third-party platforms or services, including but not limited to:

• Payment Gateways
• Google Services
• Cloud Hosting Providers
• Analytics Platforms
• APIs
• CMS Platforms
• Plugins
• Software Libraries

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Web Flow India is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing, or limitations introduced by third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of this website.

• Our maximum liability for any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
